New year, new you –

As we ring in 2020, I’m super excited to share with you all I have gathered over the last year! I will begin by sharing some of the best ways you can identify the energy in your body. You will learn a variety of exercises and activities you can do to channel/eliminate energy to become more mindful and present in your everyday life.

For the month of January, I will be focusing on the different energy chakras (energy centers) within our bodies. If you are a newbie to how the chakras work, but still thrilled to learn more, stay tuned.  I will be giving you step by step techniques you can use to easily discover which chakras might be holding too much(excessive) energy or receiving too little(deficient) energy in the body. Get ready to learn the most effective ways to rid your body of excess energy and/or help you expand/grow/retain the energy your body needs to thrive.

I encourage you to practice the techniques DAILY to help you form great new habits for the new 2020 year and then ultimately become your best, most authentic self.

Let your kids in on the action too! Many of the meditations, activities, exercises and techniques will be even more fun if you do it together with your children. Make it part of your routine! There is a higher chance you will stick to your daily practice if your child also makes it a habit. Remember to always set the best example for your children when it comes to the words you speak, the commitments you make and the intentions and goals you set for your growth. Children ages 5+ will benefit greatly from all I’m about to share this upcoming year.

Encouraging your child to commit might be the most difficult part so if you find your child lacks the motivation and intention for daily practice, please feel free to reach out to me. I will share some personal recommendations you may want to use to help modify or eliminate your child’s self limiting behavior.

I ask you to please support my passion to create a better future for our children. Learning effective coping strategies to handle stress is integral if we wish to see more love and compassion in this world.

If you haven’t done so already, don’t forget to Follow me on social media for tons of sweet goodies daily! Free meditation practices, inspirational quotes, self love reminders and so much more! I wish you all the best in sticking to those new years resolutions and will catch you all in a few days!

Best,

Tiffany
